I think it should be fixed so that stuff respawns even if there are people nearby, this is way too common in general.

This is actually a pretty big 'problem' early world, given that swamps are vital for progression and the fact that people spawning near them locks them down to basically the first and only things that spawn in them for a month kind of ruins that flow.
