If you gain the first level of a credo (in my case it was Quarryman), and then abandon the first quest of the next level, it reverts you to the previous level. Then when you complete the last part of the previous level again, it will give you the benefit of the second level in addition to the first level, even though you haven't yet completed level 2.
Sorry to all of the people that are likely exploiting this.

Ok, will look at that. Thanks.

Re: Credo Abandon Quest Bug/Exploit
That may be the case. I wasn't monitoring it extremely closely. I just noticed that I had suddenly gained the extra Masonry what I thought to be ahead of schedule. I also abandoned and redid several quests between levels 1-3, in case that contributed to the issue at all.Southpaw wrote:i think its this bug, in reality. http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/vie ... 47&t=70314
I also just checked and noticed that the cost for Mine Song is still the same, unless that perk doesn't actually update the 1500xp value on the button tooltip.

Re: Credo Abandon Quest Bug/Exploit
It's that bug from other thread, I was about to post I didn't get the Masonry boost from Quarryman credo, but apparently I did get it, but from completing level 1 (which runs contrary to what the tooltip says on the Credo - level 1 is supposed to be Mine Song XP reduction)
