Elixir buffs not applied & incorrect duration
Drank an elixir, it didn't apply the buff and didn't last for 7m30s either.

Note: I tried using an elixir which both applies and heals a wound in addition to giving a stat boost, and then that exilir's stat boost worked.
In addition, after using the first elixir mentioned in this post (again no effect) and a second elixir which healed and caused a wound, the first elixir's stat boost suddently activated for a short duration.

Could it be a bug where your base stat is lower that the value of the buff the buff doesnt apply at all instead of scaling down to +12 bonus?
