"Tether an ochs"

I have literally no idea what this is. Probably an Auroch, if so it should really say "Auroch" since nowhere else in the game is anything referred to as an "och"

It's a cow or bull, either work. Historically, aurochs were a wild form of oxen so while they look like cows i believe the species is supposed to be ox, why jorbtar spell it with ch i dunno.
