Any ideas how to fix it?

Updates done, java reinstaled. Got 2 monitors.

What client are you using? If you're using default, switch to Ender (though it's likely not the source of this issue).

Which java version do you have? Switch to JDK 11 if you're not on that, iirc that resolves this issue. Also, check which jogl version you have (open the jogl-all.jar [I'm assuming, I can't remember how the defualt/ender client lib structures look like] with 7zip or something and check the manifest for version, make sure it's on 2.4, I think this was solved in recent jogl builds).
