I think we can make it like that:
1. You need a bottle to collect the blood.
2. Then you need to skin the guy.
3. Then - butchering. You'll get a skull (you can make a mug or you can build skull-on-a-stick to fright people), three bones, two meats and intestines.

It would be even cooler if they survived being skinned. After all, it would be so freaking awesome to have skinless people walking around missing limbs.

I believe that a character should only be capable of this when a variety of pre-requisites are met, obviously rage and murder must be learned, but I think if this were added your character should be forced to have certain personal beliefs to tie-in with this act of barbarism. Probably a full belief in Death and Barbarism would have to be achieved before your character could unlock these grotesque abilities.
