Eating local resources is not a crime

Post by Lalaxx »

Apparently when you just eat local resources (salt, heartwood leaves, roots, lotus bloom) on someone's claim it's not a crime but taking still is.
Also they seem to drop out of cupboards on inactive claim like if they were been in stockpile.

Is that intended?
