Have built two cellars on opposite ends of a claim and both the cellars were only one boulder each. Don't know if this was a purposeful change or if I missed a patch, but i was looking forward to getting a ton of boulders to pave with.

I viewed this as an un-documented QOL change Jorb came up with after realizing how insufferably unfun digging 60 boulders out of a cellar is.
