There's only input lag if your framerate is terrible.

I get 60fps and I can cound a second or two after each click before I move.

My ping is around 850 though

do a traceroute to www.havenandheqarth.com and see where the problem is. it might be hetzner.de.
ive been having insane amounts of lag from their BGP relay.....

yeah great idea based on how long xsolla took the server would only be down for half a year
