I can't login to Server
Whenever i try to run the file it says could not connet to server.How to fix it?

Where exactly does it say this? In the launcher/downloader, or on the login screen? Is "Could not connect to server" the exact error message? If it is, and it is on the login screen, then it's probably a firewall or router problem, where one or the other blocks the client from connecting over UDP on port 1870.

The login page after i run the .jar file where i submit my username and password. I open the port 1870 over UDP. But did not work. Maybe i miss something.
