Re: Kami Client
Any plans to integrate a food service with a toggle to collect date since Purus isnt up to date anymore for this and a fair few recipes changed with this world?

Huh? That's a Vanilla feature... You can turn that on / off in the toggles page.Otsu wrote:Enable auto-stacking of picked up items?
I've not decided on how to handle foodservice...TheUltimateC wrote:Any plans to integrate a food service with a toggle to collect date since Purus isnt up to date anymore for this and a fair few recipes changed with this world?
But that's a good Idea anyway at least for my implementation.

Ah, thank you. I had been looking everywhere for that.derkami wrote:Huh? That's a Vanilla feature... You can turn that on / off in the toggles page.Otsu wrote:Enable auto-stacking of picked up items?

In that case, another suggestion is a way to search for Biomes on the map. Provides a result which is a list of clickable coords, one from every unique patch of that biome. Ordered by distance to player.
I know there is a highlight option but this would be very user friendly.

Wouldn't that be better on the public map tho?Otsu wrote: Ah, thank you. I had been looking everywhere for that.

I´m borrowing a Laptop and don´t want to subject it to Java. I tried run Install options 1 and 2. On both cases, Windows first warns me of "uncompressed folders" and then "unknown publisher" and does nothing when I select "run anyway" on both boxes.
Alt account.

Sounds to me like you are running a company laptop.orjanyymi wrote:I´m borrowing a Laptop and don´t want to subject it to Java. I tried run Install options 1 and 2. The security settings should be pretty high so yeah unknown publisher is pretty common.
Also it requires at least .net 4.7.2 which is preinstalled on an updated Windows 10 and 11. Otherwise it just won't run.
Uncompressed folder stuff is pretty interesting, but that's ignorable.
You can look in the event manager of windows (event manager -> windows -> application), which will tell you why the application doesn't start.
If everything fails, you still can download option 3 which comes with JDK (there's no way around having java, but you don't need to have it "installed").
Just start "start-hafen-with-jdk.bat" and it would work. After you are done borrowing that laptop you can just delete this folder and perhaps delete the haven folder in appdata and be done with.

Well it turned out that due to unfamilikar icons, I had managed to completely skip the uncompression and tried to run .exe inside a .zip file.derkami wrote:Uncompressed folder stuff is pretty interesting, but that's ignorable.
I managed to spend 30 minutes before checking what these unfamiliar pecentages for each file were... (The ratio of compression.)
Apologies for being dumb and wasting your time, after uncompression the client runs perfectly.

Re: Kami Client
Is it possible to automatically select and repeat the last combat move, until you click somewhere else on the screen? So for example, you would spam attack repeatedly and automatically pursue foe without pressing anything, until you break this sequence with running.
Also, I have a bug to report, but I am not certain how to reproduce it. For me it only happens when fighting mammoth, but other people say they don't have this issue. When auto peace is enabled, if I disable peace myself, during combat with mammoth it will at some point switch to peace again. It's probably somehow related to stages of the fight with mammoth, like making him flee or rage, but I am not sure.

Hm. I mean you'd run automatically after something if you attack it but if you are blocked there's no way around it.Vladichka wrote:Is it possible to automatically select and repeat the last combat move, until you click somewhere else on the screen? I don't know when such a feature would be useful except for alt chasing something.
On the Auto-Peace stuff, I've noticed that too for a while now, not only on my client, I mean it's Ender at its core anyway.
I'll try to figure out how to reproduce it, to fix it. Because it's really annoying if you have auto-peace disabled mid-fight only to see that it's getting enabled for some strange reason. But only for this fight.
