[solved] no Service "dynresurl"

my mod cant use ingame sketch system because gets null from :

i'm running from bin folder :

is there a workaround?

edit: appending haven.dynresurl=https://game.havenandhearth.com/mt/dynres/ to file etc/ansgar-config.properties seems to work
