I can not make it past the wizard creation screen, server still down?, its been a couple of hours being unable to log in for the first time.

Have now tried uninstall and reinstall deleting AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth and Haven Launcher folders now stuck here have tired the above 2x still same
