There's no way to automatically stack items in your inventory right... right?

Lift item onto your cursor, ctrl+shift+right-click it onto a matching stackable item and it'll autostack all valid items

I must be missing something, but I'm trying to craft a fishing rod and I need a bone hook. But it's not available to craft.
I already have Fishing and Hunting skills. I have access to Bushcraft Fishingpole and Bushcraft Fishline.

Update: figured it out, must catch an animal myself and do the whole thing until "butcher" to unlock it.

anyone know mining strength of tinkers axe vs stone axe? wondering if a q10 one is better for mining than higher q stone axe but dont know formula dont wanna wanna my hard earned metal

I feel like it has the same mining power, but has a faster mining tickrate than stone axe? From previous worlds I remember something like Q40 stone axe being effectively on par with Q20 tinker for anything but the softest rocks.

If I understood correctly, Valhalla is the Public Test Server. I went there to try out the combat on animals and figure out some craft/building mechanisms but couldn't do anything.
Why there are no animals in Valhalla and why is not possible to unlock skills without LP and build/craft without materials?

I just started to play on this world. Very new player (farthest I ever got is only past building palisade). Found ceramic knife by digging around. Should I use it when eventually getting into combat? Or go with unarmed at first?

Edit: Also, can I build buildings next to palisade or cascade damage only applies to palisade itself? Should I leave some gaps between pali and house. For example?

if pallisade is dry then no need worry about cascade and dont need a gap.

Ceramic knife is mainly used to have a high quality butchering tool from high q clay, I only realised/remembered this recently and have been butchering this whole world with a shitty q axe.

Start with unarmed & punch, then get a sling even in melee range the sling is amazing for damage just useless at chasing down foes. Once you have either chop & take aim OR sideswipe you can start using a melee weapon, but unless you have good tinkers axe you might find the sling and some punching on chase more effective imo.

Читаю форум, понимаю что мне нужен сок змеи, бегу вторым персонажем НА ЛОШАДИ. А гадюка даже не нападала по началу на нас. Но и лошадь ее не давит. Как итог еще один персонаж получает нокаут и 2 укуса. Читал что нужно телегой давить, но нужен подробный совет как?

Можно ли телегу привязать к дикой лошади и хватит ли у той энергии чтобы доехать до гор?

Yes, trampling them with horses was removed but you can still take a Cart while on a horse and trample them with that.

And sorry about your characters, but they may be doomed. They aren't just regular snakes, they're Adders, and their bites are venomous. The venom will spread for a while and potentially kill you before it heals. Stay at above 8000% Energy and see if you can get some snake juice.
