Grow times for crops?

This is bothering me a lot, I found a partial list of crop grow-times, but I'm trying to plot out some ratios for plot space and don't really have the time at the moment to sit and time all my crops all the time.
If possible with and without Beehive, if not then just with Beehive.

What I know so far:
Wheat - 6 days (2IRL days)
Grapes - 6 days (2IRL days)
Hemp - 6 days (2IRL days) [Buds: Last 2 hours (40 minutes IRL)]
Poppy - 7(?) days (2 1/3 IRL days)
Carrots - 2 days (1/3 IRL day) - Not 100% sure, I've seen them seem to vary from 1~2 days so I'm super uncertain here

I have no clue on flax and often hear people say it's faster/slower than hemp but no definite answers.

I have always planted hemp fields along with flax fields. I'm not sure why, just always have. They've always been ready to harvest at the same times for me, so if there is any difference, it is so slight that it doesn't make a difference.

I've got grape, hemp, flax, wheat, hops, poppies, and tea, and all of them grow at around the same speed except for the poppies which seem to take another 12 IRL hours or so with beehives. The rest are harvested every other day. The only crops I've seen that are significantly longer are tobacco (which tend to take 3 IRL days with beehives), pumpkins and peas. Carrots are obviously much faster.
