Your account has a 2015 creation date, if you didn't see this coming after all these years I honestly don't know what to tell you. You can chart the patches per month starting back at w10 and see a gigantic downward trend, to where we are now - which is if we're lucky a patch every 2 months. The game is effectively dead, it's not even on their radar. Loftar works on the backend for fun but there's no meaningful intention to make the game anything more than it is now.
Meanwhile here I am, hoping they would finally release the server code so I can run a private server for my friends and make the game actually fun.

I won't play if I remotely feel like there's a chance I will be interrupted by a world reset a week into building my little homestead. I hate the feeling of being forced into a re-do when I'm making good progress. There's a dozen ways this problem could be alleviated: more communication, set reset dates, a permanent server, private servers, etc.
I'm not really an MMO person, I don't like the feeling of intruding on someone else's online space. I almost exclusively play immediately following a fresh reset. I know I'm an autismal twit but like I said, my autismal tendencies could be dealt with in a way that I feel would benefit most players.
