I'm gonna point out the elusive elephant in the room
1. Jorbtar think KO protection protects you from death (lol)
2. Humiliation ritual you need to take on death takes too long unless you're part of a faction
3. Even if you're willing to do it, most often it will take even longer because Jorbtar doesn't know you can take bodies to another continent by teleporting them via Snekkja
They could start here. Learning how death works in their game. Then they can decide if they want to fix it or remove it.
I would suggest
1. Make KO protection actually do something. For example, make concussion an actually meaningful debuff that takes long to heal, but make it not take your hard hp. And make sure the hit that knocks you out always inflicts concussion and nothing else, unless attacker has murderous rage.
2. Idk what to do with murderous rage, as long as it exists seal clubbing can not be stopped, it's designed like that.
3. Do something about stealing bodies. They can figure it out if they want to. Maybe make it impossible to lift a body unless you inherit it or are in a descendant, this is kinda stupid. Like make bodies decay and count decayed bodies as buried (without a head).
Then we can talk about balance after people stop being terrified of stepping outside their pali.

So you need Rage to evict Rage-less characters?
What if I bring a Rage alt to evict my own Rage-less character whenever I want?

I assume your implication if that Rage-evict could be used to pass Combat/Red-handed preventing Travel to Hearth Fire.

If Rage-evict works like the current Eviction mechanic (pclaim owner/villager can use it on characters who have Visitor status) the Eviction will KO the target instead, if TTHF isn't allowed.

What are their intentions? Is this meant solve funny naked alt spam situations OR protect Rage-less players from PvP?

I know players use Rage-less characters to be a PvP nuisance but how is this Ragehide thing not also going to get used to opt-out of PvP?

You assume that Jorbtar asked themselves those questions while developing this "ragehide" feature
W6 - giga noob hermit
W7 - giga noob hermit, part 2
W12 - hermit
W13 - sprucecap extraordinaire from Magnanimous Magistrates
W14 - PotFriendJr from Doom Fortress
W15 - He Who Was from Gnomes Gone Gangsta
W16 - Marazhai from Wildfox Bread/Hogwarts
W16.1 - Knave from Pimp My Wheelchair
W16.2 - Knave-Errant from Ett gäng dumma smileys

I wish they'd remove the two-hour running around the map, and add the "too much water in the stomach" debuff during combat.

The whole "just give us a PvE world" cry originates from years of watching jorbtar bravely/briefly work on PvP balance -> break things and/or make it worse somehow -> give up and work on PvE. :?
