Plum Jerkum and Slivovice

It should be possible to press plums into plum jerkum, and distill it down into slivovice. If we're encouraged to grow plums for other recipes(plum pudding) it'd be nice to give it a few more other uses

also calvados should come from perry, and cider should distill into applejack
