Compostable Tree Leaves

Why can't tree leaves be composted? They are used almost explicitly for this? The only purpose is fruit roasts and fishwraps?

Please include tree leaves in the compostable tables please!

I can suppose you want to prevent recursive hq dirt or something but just make the returns low? Not having them useful as either fodder or compost really superfluous.

I dont think you can spiral tree leaves so high that they overtake the usual compostables in Q. . . So why not? It would be a nice buff, as now leaves are in fact underused.
