rage 10000 huge mistake, no counter play for scout alts and rage alts

whole north west corner has an agro scout alt-bot on every thingwall it cost nothing to make.
here is the person who proposed this change

jump the fence: its cheap and early game available. like 3000 lp. It goes like this: "this skill makes you able to cross palisade gates when you are attacked by an animal."
make rage baseline and available for all from start. if this is a pvp game, access to pvp shouldnt cost 50k lp.

add bird that you can domestic and it has ability to kill scout alt that hidint behide the wall. increase thingwall claim range to the distance of the character's double vision.
