can you "farm" rat dungeons by spamming houses?

Is this "nobody knows" kind of thing or did i ask the wrong question?
I've noticed the more experienced players are really stingy when it comes to the inside workings of this game ._.

it's more of a "nobody knows" for sure

spamming houses definitely worked when they were first added, but now it's time gated and either just random or has some hidden spawning condition, someone in my village speculated that it had to do with cheese production but I don't think that's it

We had one in our village yet we never even made cheese tubs, so it's probably not related to cheese making.

Probably character related. Like which moves it know for example, or you can't see or spawn them.

How do you destroy your old production buildings faster like old low quality kilns?
Is high enough strength and stone axe good enough or do I need to built something specific to destroy my stuff within claim on paved ground.
