Bell Tower ideas

Post by lordgrunt »

first of all, how on earth can we construct a bell tower with a ready bell inside it with just plopping ten silly metal bars into it's construction. this has so much more potential:
cast the bell! we HAVE to cast a frying pan out of silly two bars of metal, but we don't have to cast a full fucking bell? since quality don't matter for a bell tower, there is no reason not to include this overdone larpy step to the construction of bell towers. first make the damn bell, guys, then construct it into the tower.

while this would be just a hurdle on your way, the specific bells, made of specific metal bar compositions, it could also allow for specific bell sounds. it would be awesome to have bell towers able to play different notes/pitches of bell ringing. we got many metals, some harder, some softer, would definitely be a wide range of possibilities.

heh, good to know, kinda liking my silver bell sound. not exactly a building you can test and spam those at your base, kinda pricey. still, casted bell only makes sense historically, literally none were made ever by just slapping few bars together.
