Don't let players give clover to same horse whos horse power run out

God damn it Jorb, this is just annoying, I thought it was another wild horse, tried to give it clover, great it took it, but when I tried to get on it, I got kicked off again into concussion, so make it so that players can't give clover to the same wild horse, have a pop up error message like "this horse already ate clover" or something like that.
