When knocking player out and they are on their 1 max health they are instant travelled to hearth fire and have divine protection, until they have restored to full health, so you won't be attacked by players, nor you can attack the players, but they can still be attacked by animals.
When knocked out by other player all of your equipment and inventory items get transported to your hearth fire and when travelled back to hearth fire by right clicking it and get your equipment reauto-equiped and all of inventory items back to your inventory.
Wounds caused by group of players get negated if they would cause death to you, but group of animals like wolves can stack wounds to your death, so yea pvpers better have pack of wolves following you or mammoth or troll or other aggressive animals if you want to kill other players, but player can only get killed by pve means. But this would only work once your attack the 2 swords are no longer on for you and the player you want to kill and no the green background and branch and sword would still count as you are in combat with them, it purely has to be the victim engaging combat with the pack of wolves.
Wounds can be stacked to double or triple amount of the victim's health, so if their max health is 200, but the wounds you caused are 300, it still won't kill them as divine protection would prevent it and they would be in endless healing cycle, until they have fully cured the wound. So a new system has to be introduced wound inflicted by animal or wound inflicted by player. So did the deep cut come from animal or did it come from player. For example you have 150 health and receive 200 deep cut from player you don't get killed, but instead very slowly heal until you are good, but the players can't rely on having the animal cause 140 deep cut and you causing 20 deep cut, only if the animal caused 150 deep cut wound or greater only then the player dies, if they weren't already teleported back to their hearth fire.
Many will dislike this, but hey get good pvpers.

Re: Since we are moving towards more and more pve, make pvp too punishing.
Since many many worlds ago I stand on position that attacking someone should have massive negative backlash - stil there is none.
Full loot is ok, wounds are ok, abusing mechanics to kill noobs are not.
