Quarryartz Stone and stone axe

How it should work?
i think there is a plan to exclude stone axe from mining because of this - "Stone Axe" has a mining quality modifier of 0

but it doesnt affect Quarryartz Stone. So if you want high q stone you should take credo, no credo, no stone.
You cannot compete in terms of quality without this credo. It is a necessity.

I think it was a bug / it was overlooked that quarryartz quality isnt affected by stone axe. Hopefully i'll be changed next world
