There is a bug with collecting authority to the realm. From what I know my realm should get authority whenever my character get Experience. The problem is that not every source of EXP give it.
I got the experience/authority in the following order:
Having a Seat - got authority
Driving out the Darkness - didn't get authority
Well Wishing - didn't get authority
A Talking Tree - didn't get authority
Some EXP from quest - got authority
Treading Grass - got authority
Fragrance of Flowers - didn't get authority
Some EXP from quest - got authority
Every event happaned inside of realm borders.

I did some more testing. I logged 2nd character with similar amount of total EXP (around 25k) and had same issue, but as I logged (after few hours) 3rd character with about 38k total EXP I collected authority with all events that did work on first two characters.
Conclusions:
- it may be not a bug, but anti-cheese mechanic, that do not allow fresh characters to collect auhtority
- it may be bug that randomly allows characters to collect auhtority or not
If anyone can confirm my research, I would be grateful—and I won’t forget it for a whole week!
