Alchemical elixir wretched gore heal is worst alternative

It is written that elixir does heal, but it does not, it's a bug.

my bad, but could that have something to do with the base healing speed of the wounds, wretched gore being extremely slow, and warts being permanent? cause i have not encountered this behaviour on faster wounds so far
