Alchemical elixir wretched gore heal is worst alternative

So we tried to heal wretched gore in our village by alchemy elixir.
This treatment worked slower than just low quality stitch patch, there seems to be a bug with the healing speed.

also nerve damage, this wound just doesn't heal at all when treated with proper potion

Elixirs are not alternatives. You can have your wound be treated by both elixir and a first aid method, including stitch patch.

I don't think alchemy should completely invalidate all other forms of medicine.

alchemy isnt the hardest or most autistic mechanic by an long shot, without auto cookbooks, cooking is far more complex especially once smoking comes in. fishing probbably takes an close 3th place, due to half of the mechanics not even being understood by the people making the spreadsheets, you just have an abundance of space to try it out, and you dont kill an villager when failing, you just lost an lure and throw away an shitty sausage

Nasty Wart's special treatment is only an alchemical elixir. But someone tell me that more than a week of real waiting time does not have any effect. the nasty wart is already an effect of you not working correctly,
you aggreed to an bargain giving you an permanent wound and turning you intoo an ugly motherfucker,
not like warts would just appear randomly or out of accidents,

who would do that to there face?
