Eel Glitch
Whenever I butcher Eel (And I would imagine this would apply to similar situations as well) with a full inventory, the outcome (fish meat) drops to the ground. I'm pretty sure this happens because when an animal is butchered, the location is one inventory unit left of the item. Since these units are occupied, it drops.
