Some of the skill descriptions are still missing, I thought I'd make a list of it here.
Animal Husbandry - No lore
Cloth Making - No lore
Farming - No lore
Hunting - No lore, no description
Plan Lore - No lore, no description
Valor - No description
I think I'm missing a skill or two due to prerequisites not being made. Of these, I remember Plant Lore and Valor to have been particularly confusing as a newbie.
Also, maybe it would be a good idea to have skills show what they are required for?
