You're the one stealing my Clay QL! "Oh, i want a nice village in the middle of no where to live". You mean a place with high QL stuff? You didn't even stay in the settlement for TEN MINUTES. I logged on one day, and I have my neighbors up-stream going "Oh, Monsterbrum came up here to join the village" and I was going "WTF" for the next 5 minutes! Also, I found your claim area. Don't be surprised to see clay/bricks missing.
