21 game days. thats about 7, a real week.

The whole process takes about two weeks.

Harmesan to sunlit stilton takes even longer. Not sure exactly how much longer...

Yeah, Tasty Emmentaler to Musky Milben basically takes a decade. At minimum one RL week, maybe more.
