Looking for a Village

Hi, I started last week and managed to build a house, and make a living. My character got killed by a boar, though. I now want to make a new character and I wonder if there is any village which would accept me. Thanks.

Pretty sure there's a charter stone up at New Dragonhead. Charter stones let any player spawn at a village location right when they're first born without needing a hearth secret. There's probably a colony of newer players there, great place to meet and greet and learn the game
