I tried this game over a year ago, and it wasn't fun then. right now, it really hasn't improved at all.
-graphically the game still looks like all "art" is drawn by a bored 8 year-old.
-there is no pathfinding so you get stuck all the time.
-there is no hope of jumping in the game and having a good time without spending 8 hours scavenging the forums and wiki or whatnot before you figure out how and what to do. even making a new character is a complete mystery unless you read elsewhere what you need to click and god forbid if you select an actual spawn location because you'll be trapped behind impassible gates.
-even on a top of the line pc movement is jittery and unpredictable (laggy). performing any action or using a skill is even worse.
-list goes on and on
developers and their cultists can continue to hold an attitude of "get the fuck out if you don't love our game" or you could make some definite improvements to rise to the level of successful games like Terraria. right now most people just pity this game and lament it's unused potential.
I'll just hope there will be more capable developers who can really make something of this new genre.

ur terrible lol, took me about a week to learn most of game, it's not overly complicated,
I really like the art style as do lots of ppl and if u dont then theres alternate skin packs u can use
as with lots of games its not so much fun when ur just starting out, if u spend a small bit of time u can get good enough to participate in the fun shit
Okay I aint gonna say get the heck out or anything just gonna point out some stuff. First the graphics aren't that easy to do try drawing any of jorb's artwork and I think there great, secondly this aint terraria or minecraft those are more intended about adventure and this game is just like what jorb and loftar meant it to be a social experiment centered around the Iron Age in Germany. Also I don't know of any game similar to haven and hearth without having a learning curve; try extremely more complex game like Dwarf Fortress than you'll be thankful how simple this game is compared to that.
There aint no rest for the wicked, till we close our eyes for good!

You mention that you played "a year ago" but what you don't mention is how long you actually played, which lends no credibility to anything you say after that.
You've probably played for a total of 20 minutes and got discouraged because nothing is explained to you in-game and Gods forbid you actually have to read something so you come to the forum and instead of asking for help you make a little rant thread about how much you hate the game because it isn't easy like other games where everything is explained to you in bold text and large arrows tell you where to go next.

this game has never been and will never be in the shadow of "terraria".
Although Terraria is a great game, this game is completely different and I seriously do not get why you could even compare the two.
