Pretty sure he has noticed. There are just some vault designs that haven't been used so afr, would be legal and yet impossible to raid.

I like the idea as long as it isn't too large of a distance requirement. There are legitimate uses for having such objects relatively close to eachother (almost all of my crossroads are within 5 tiles of a banner or my idol).
