Why, eating constitution food, of course. The pure constitution foods are: Apple pie (5), Cow Chorizo (5), Generic Gouda (5), Bread (3), and Roasted Beef (2).
There is a food FEP table on the wiki, here.

Re: Constitution
First, you have to send over 13 Britain colonies to a newly discovered land mass. They then become states.
Second, the British colonies must get sick of being british and fight the British army in the American Revolutionary War.
Then, they must create a Declaration of Independence. Then end the war by signing the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union. Then wait 2 years, get britian to sign the Treaty of Paris, to recognize you as an independent nation.
Then, finally, get a bunch of fat guys in wigs to sign a paper and call it the Constitution.
Then, force all of the kids that grow up in that nation to learn all of this in the 3rd grade. Bore them to tears.
