Crops and Harvesting

How long does it take for wheat to ripen without a beehive? Its been 2 days and I still can't harvest anything -_-

Twice as long as it would take with a beehive, so about 4 days

It's more than 72hrs w/o a beehive. I don't think it's over 96, though.
