Re: sling
This. One warning, though: the quality of your ranged weapon caps how much of the MM skill is used: 2x for slings and wooden bows, 3x for ranger bows. (Arrows also do the same, but quality of arrows are usually as high or higher than the bow.) Thus, if you're only working with a q10 sling, there's no point in getting 30 MM until you get a better sling.SgtCayir wrote:Marksman Is the Skill You Raise.. Re: sling
Both. High MM gets it to go higher faster, but the amount of MM that is effective is capped by the quality of your ranged weapon. (See my previous post.)evilboy666 wrote:update. my acc meter is higher in but how high it goes depends on mm skill or q?

Re: sling
may be selective, but I don't recall ever hitting an animal when my aim bar was completely full. on the other hand it takes far less time to get the aim bar high into the yellow, and I don't think I've ever missed from high yellow unless it was going green by just a bit.burgingham wrote:That is selective perception.
if you don't want to take my word for it go grab a sling and test it yourself(lower quality, no more than 30ish, so you can get more hits without killing the animal and give you more results).
