Wrong or right only matters if you have the cunning and strength to go through your action and fend off future repercussions.Ugabooga wrote:Is it wrong if somebody steals from you, then you go steal from them and murder them?

Depends, is it funny?
If the revenge is funny it's always justified.

There is no "right" or "wrong" in this game, there is only justice.

Does moral philosophy really belong in this forum? Anyway, answers includeUgabooga wrote:Is it wrong if somebody steals from you, then you go steal from them and murder them?
- it is always wrong if somebody steals from you, were you not patrolling your brickwall enough?
- it depends on your definition of 'wrong'
- it's only wrong if you get caught
- murder first, then steal. Less chance of getting caught while doing the stealing.
- what do you mean, you don't have a brickwall? Murdering people is definitely wrong if you don't have a brickwall.

Steal while he's watching, then kill him
No, it's not wrong, why else would we be able to summon with theft scents.

Re: thieves
It is up to you to decide what is appropriate at each moment. There should be no general moral "rule".
e.g. the difference between killing someone who accidentally drops their boat on your claim and a person who steals 75 bars of wrought when you are about to build your brickwall is rather large. both are theft...
You are also free to ignore concepts of morality however.
