Well me and my Brother were playing
and we didnt know we were stuck on a giant ISLAND, in the middle of no where.
We can't get boatmaking, because we alreadu collected every item on the island, to get LP I even stole a few peoples crops that settled as hermits to get enough lp to get a few skills i needed to even obtain Boatmaking as a choice and to make them.
All im asking is
Making swimming better.

I told my brother he could try to swim across and he tried he got about a quarter left and drowned instintly.
The stamina gets trained a little to quickly when swimming and it shouldnt do that in my opinion. I can see if your going to try to swim a whole river, but swimming to one other side should be no problem.
I think in the future it should be fixed.

it is at 10con and thats how it should be.

play this game a bit longer then 10mins and youll understand why everything works the way it does.

The forum join date does NOT show the date a person joined the game, only the date they joined the forums (or is it the first day they posted on the forum... forget). For all we know, he's been playing for a month. Granted, by his post, I seriously doubt this. The guy has a legitimate complaint. The game shouldn't be dropping people on islands. It's been a source of complaints since before the curio system came out.

for all you guys who have said i havnt played long enough i played before Curios were put into the game, when peoople would sit and chop trees all day to sit and gain lp.
I know how the game works.
I just dont like that when i come back after a while make a new account and this new LP System screws me up and i cant get off a island where almost all the resources are scarce, and there are two big citys on both sides.
I can complain about all i want.
ive played this game a hermit most of the time, trading with tiny villages for seeds etc food, way before the curio.
So please, dont tell me how to play "Almighty" one, because i didnt ask how to play or how i can complain, and when i can complain.

Well, if you've been playing that long, you should remember what swimming was like. It IS better. You can swim a narrow channel (about 8-10 tiles) at only 10 con.

Out of curiousity,how many tiles could you have traveled/swimmed before?

less then a single pixel for anyone who had less then 40con, had to get a good ways into triple digit before you could even consider trying to cross a river.
