You may want to look at the wiki to see what FEP stat is given when eaten roasted or as sausages.Dill wrote:What should i look for.
Fox foods are generally int and possibly agi as hybrid sausages
Boars generally give str in general as well as a few other stats.
Deer give agi with a few other stats as sausages and perc roasted.
Bears give str.
Mouflons give cha roasted or perc as sausage
Aurochsen give con.

And yes you can hearth back while carrying something over your head (assuming you want to return with your boat).also can you travel to your hearth fire while carrying something?
