If they are still playing the game in the state that it's in, and at this point in the world, I think they enjoy all forms of grind and tediousness.

I guarantee you the resources were acquired with and the construction was done by bots. It'd only take a handful of machines running the proper bots to construction this in a few weeks-months. AD, if I'm not mistaken?
