Hello friends, enemies, indiferent hearthlings, in order to keep all of the shitposting by upset crybabies condensed into one lovely, compact can of Campbell's Cream of Tears soup I suggest we throw all that naive angst into one thread - the crime general! This thread would benefit very much from a sticky, if you would.

Here the simpletons that trusted the man in the necrorobe with a sword to safely give them a boat ride down the river can share their stories of how they were taken out into the woods and brutally raped while everyone else thoroughly enjoys their misery, points, and laughs. Conversely, the wise masters of the hearthlands may share stories of brutalizing the peasants and enjoying everyone's (my) favorite aspect of the game, indiscriminate chaos.

If you wonder for what reason such evil has been brought to you, there is no reason - aside from the fact that people such as myself take great pleasure in watching you suffer. It's a cruel world, and none of us get out alive.

A claim wouldn't have prevented that situation. This is sort of the definition for why the murder skill exists in Haven on a fundamental level though. If you can't afford murder then assault them and attach leeches until they're dead.
