I've read through some topics about cheese quality and it says the cheese quality of each stage is average of tray and cheese quality.
I've made a load of cheese with Q28 curds and the 3th stage (BBC) was Q28.
In the process I used Q42 trays, is it updated W7, or does it only lower the quality?

Re: Cheese Quality
Source: RoB WikiIf the cheese tray is lower quality than the curd, the cheeseQ will be the same as the cheese-trayQ, when sliced. If the cheese tray is higher quality than the curd, the cheeseQ will be the same as the curdQ, when sliced

"Dang, are your wagons that slow?"
If I wanted to get a load of bull from you I'd have brought my cows for you to impregnate!
