First, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=22391
Second, I recall some big map having function saying how much agility you need to tp from one spot to another.
I will try to find it.

Re: Village claim teleportation range
You can teleport to a village claim from anywhere provided that you have sufficient Agility and Travel Weariness or if your hearthfire has been broken. Normally when you land on a village claim it isn't more than a few tiles away from the idol but people used to abuse bugs to allow them to travel theoretical supergrids when landing on an idol. I believe that these exploits were fixed, but what do I know? Someone who has/still practices bug jumping would have to tell you about that.

The formula to calculate how far you can travel is here: http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Travel_weariness (see "Quoting loftar" section). Not sure about that map you're talking about, though.
To quote loftar, you should be able to travel about half a supergrid (about 2500 tiles) on only 10 AGI. However, it is a parabolic curve, so costs start going up significantly the farther you want to go. It's not hard for a village to set up a crossroad network to travel the entire map in just a few minutes (just needs lots of booze and smoking supplies).

On the Sabinati world map (and the other ones that existed before that), if you hit the tab "New Ruler", it tells you the distance between the two points, and the second number is the amount of agility you need to travel that distance by teleportation.
Hearthlings: Marona; Chamberlain (retainer alt), Vincavec (shaman of the Dryad Wells Forest)
