Quality of foraged items is to low.

I have survival on level 30, but some of items I forage, have lower quality.
Why? I had always quality of foraging items equal my survival level, but this is not work anymore.

Every tile on the map has a certain quality soil. The foragables found on that spot are equal to the soil quality hardcapped by your survival, meaning when your survival is lower than the soil quality, the foragable will be your survival level. The quality of your foragable will never exceed his soil quality.
I.E. you forage a nettle on q34 soil with 15 survival, your nettle will be q15. You forage a nettle on q20 soil with 22 survival, your nettle will be q20.

So in order to find higher quality foragables than your survival, you must find soil spots containing higher quality than your survival and forage in that area.
