Best strength to solo a ram on pali

Yes I have a 106 strength atm will this be enough to use a ram and easily affect a Palisaid? I also made a bunch of q70 snuff...

You will need at least 36 strength to damage it with a battering ram solo. Two characters with 10 strength each is enough to do damage with a battering ram.

A palisade wall has 25 damage soak. A battering ram adds 20 damage to your efforts. This means, to deal 1 damage per tick, you must contribute at least 6 damage to the efforts. 6^2 means a minimum of 36 strength to do 1 damage, 49 to do 2 damage, 64 to do 3 damage, 81 to do 4 damage, 100 to do 5 damage, etc. With your current strength you will be doing 5 damage per tick if you solo the wall with a ram. This means that it'll take you about 500 ticks to finish the wall as it has 2500 health.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure what the exact time of a tick is. I think it's roughly 1-2 seconds? That's completely a guess though. In that same vein, I'm not sure how many ticks are in a stamina bar, which is a relevant number for calculating how much water you would need to complete a ramming session.

Doing 1 damage per tick to a palisade wall, it takes 3.5 buckets of q80 water to smash down a segment.

Thanks for the info, was mostly worried I would not bash my way threw before I got a hole. Kind of locked myself out of my own home... now to fix both issues lol. The whole and ram + not having my key.
