H&H using 100% cpu

On my laptop it seems that H&H uses 100% of its CPU and it makes the game unplayable, I have searched and couldn't find anything. Any info on this would help.

its been like that for a long time although before i used to get really low fps where there were alot of objects but for a while now there have been no fps drops yet the 100% remains.

Yeah right now where i'm at the game gives me a mad fps drop.
