Selling a 420*420+ empty village, so much room for activities. Can fit 30 players comfortably (70*70 plot per person), can also build a 5* brickwalled village if your a hermit who likes to play it safe

Features:
- partial road and idol paving
- no cliffs
- personal claim that requires ~1.4mln authority to declaim (village is over 1m auth atm) (not all features are good)
- can throw in ~q250 cows if you pay extra
