Fastest way to gain hunger?

I got like 10 pumpkins and got shit load of pumpkin flesh.
So what activity causes to gain most hunger, without loosing too much stamina?
Or what needs a lot of pumpkin flesh?

Plowing the ground with your hands or sprinting on grass/mudflat.

Make sure you use q10 water.

thanks also find another way too, but I will makes use that too.
My way is to run around to loos all stamina and drink water which brings down hunger, but I make sure that I am near a well for a constant water supply.

Yeah, sprinting on grass/mudflat, like I said. If you sprint on any other terrain your stamina won't go down as quickly.

Mining isn't as fast, but it's actually productive. Pick axe burns stamina faster than a stone axe. Up to you how you spend your time--get more ore, or just run in circles?

The easier way to gain hunger, so long as you're above Very Hungry, is actually to heal lost SHP. So, covering yourself with leeches can help. It's more hands-off than draining stamina, too, and should work fine if you just want to eat pumpkin flesh (so long as you live near a swamp.)

Sprinting on pavement, while being leeched during the fastest of your personal belief day slider while drinking q10 water.
Combine that with a feast bonfire with many participants who you temporarily give chieftain status to so they can equip chief hats(or party hats will do) everyone continuously drinks wine for more charisma, and smoking hemp. with waiters to supply a continuous amounts of both high tier foods(sausages/cheese/pie) and low tier variety bonus foods(every different food you eat lowers feps required) at awesome tables with symbol items.

That is the fastest most efficient way to consume feps.
